Since switching to @GetSpectrum for our internet, we have had almost no problems, up until the last week or so. Conveniently right when we were told to begin social distancing, aka stay inside and play video games. Now it stutters every 5 minutes all day. Sick!

@GetSpectrum is really the worst ...internet stops working Sun to Mon..Mon night works for about 2 hrs stops working the rest of Tues. Call Tues afternoon and I reset the box again with this “signal” they send. Fixed for about 6 hours goes out Tuesday night.. now still out. 👍🏼

@Ask_Spectrum is the worst ! My daughters first day of online college classes and once again we have no internet and no reason why just an outage in your area. Our rates go up and service goes down In this day and age we should not be constantly begging for service we pay for!

While @GetSpectrum is barely working for the moment and before it goes out again, i would like to say that @Verizon rarely has service anywhere around here, and it doesnt work at all in the house. So i have to sit out in the 1,000° heat if i want any sort of cell service. Litty
